All right, I got through my first week of college without missing a class or a day or even being late for class. I really need to work on my procrastination though. It is going to catch up to me and I will start missing assignments, which I have yet to do so far. Anyway.... Does anyone else find it weird that since I have been out of high school, I had zero motivation to draw anything really, except for one art trade and then when college started, I started to draw again? I did two drawings in the first week and started on a third one. Does anyone else do that? I don't know if it is just me or what. It's strange to me. I don't know what it is about me and wanting to draw in class or during school hours and not wanting to draw at home. Why do I get more motivation at school when I am not even an art major? I am working on getting my associates of science degree and it has nothing to do with art. In fact, none of my classes have to do with art! The first drawing I did this year was while I was waiting for my speech class to start. My second one was while I was waiting for my English comp. class to begin. That one, I even finished in that class. I don't know what is wrong with me! I am supposed to be concentrating on my classes, not my art! Oh well, I am so excited to be back in school. Anyway, that is my update. Oh! I got into a student help group. I am excited to be one of the forty students chosen for that out of about four hundred applicants.
